How we Market
Build Expo attracts qualified buyers using many different marketing mediums. Click here for a detailed description on how we market our events!
Dear [Build Expo],
Thank you for the opportunity to promote the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). I believe we had the busiest booth at your Dallas Build Expo. We garnered over 40 prospective members for our Dallas and Fort Worth chapters.
To promote your show, I spoke about our participation at our October and November Board and Membership meetings, and handed out the flyers at everyone’s place setting. Once you sent me the pdf of complimentary tickets, I emailed that to each of our members and requested that they print them off to hand out at their places of business and to their customers, and to forward the pdf attachment to their customers and business associates as well.
When I received the plastic name badges in the mail, I printed and included a set of the complimentary tickets into the envelope that I mailed to all our booth staffing volunteers.
It was a good show for us. I hope it met your expectations as well.
