Show Preview Guide — Thousands of professionals in the industry will be sent the show preview guide which will provide a detailed breakdown of all the beneficial events that will happen at the show. The guide will include information onall of the education being offered with full descriptions of each course so that the potential attendee gains a full understanding of what is being offered. Our exhibitors will be highlighted as well. A current list of exhibitors will be placed in the guide.
Telemarketing — Build Expo's well-trained and highly skilled staff of registration specialists contacts hundreds of industry professionals every day to provide them information on the show and to register them for the show.
Radio — Approximately two weeks prior to the show, radio spots inviting building and construction professionals, will be run on the top 3 stations in the market. On average, 1.5 million listeners will have heard about the event by the time the show starts. Radio ads will include mentions of show sponsors.
Email Marketing — In an increasingly paperless world, email has become a crucial tool for event promotion. Over the course of show preparation, 500,000 invitational emails will be sent to building and construction professionals in the marketplace. These emails provide show information and make registering easy for potential attendees. The Build Expo graphic design team creates an average of 15 different emails per show. This is to ensure different information is being highlighted each time and no one receives the same information.
Associations — All industry related associations, including the AGC, AIA, ABC, USGBC, ASA, arel contacted to gain their involvement. Chapters are offered complimentary booth space in return for their help promoting show to their members. Chapters will send out e-vites, distribute show brochures, and place listings on association website.
