Magazine/Show Directory- Company will receive full page ad in official show directory, which is distributed to everyone registered to attend the show. *Additional $500 charge for positional ad placement

Email marketing- Company logo placed on show email which is sent to 10,000+ potential attendees
Registration sponsor- Company name and logo placed on 22”x 24” sign that will be visible by all attendees at the registration area in front of the show entrance. Brochure or flyer will be placed on the registration counters, available to everyone who attends the show.
Mayoral Proclamation ceremony sponsor- Company name and logo placed on 22”x 24” sign at entrance to ceremony. The ceremony is attended by 200-300 decision makers from large firms in the area. You will also have the opportunity to distribute flyers or brochures to all in attendance.
Seminar Sponsor- Company name and logo placed on sign at entrance of the seminar you chose. You will also have the opportunity to distribute flyers or brochures to all seminar attendees.
